Richard Hawker is the General Manager for Fox and Thomas. He is responsible for human resources, finance and information technology as well as statutory compliance. In addition, Richard is involved with special project rollout and business development.

Richard’s management and project implementation expertise seeks to ensure Fox and Thomas maintains its position as a dynamic rural legal practice with the latest, most efficient technology and processes.

Before joining Fox and Thomas Richard spent 5 years providing financial planning services to the Goondiwindi community through a local accounting practice. Prior to this his background is in agriculture, in particular the management of his family’s property north of Goondiwindi, where he still operates a beef cattle enterprise.

Richard brings a commitment to clear and effective management to the firm. He is focused on supporting and developing staff and systems to continue providing clients with leading legal service in an ever-changing environment.

Richard holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning), Diploma of Financial Markets and an Associate Diploma in Farm Management.

Richard is a long term resident of Goondiwindi. He and his family are well known to many residents and Fox and Thomas clients.
