Meetings

Meetings can be arranged by appointment at the following locations:

Alternatively, we can arrange a meeting via videoconference.

Videoconference meetings

Video conferencing is a valuable tool to help our clients reduce unnecessary travel time and to more quickly instruct us and work with us during their matters.

We use the Microsoft Teams meeting software for most of our videoconference meetings, however, can access other programs (like Zoom) if required.

Benefits of videoconference meetings

The benefits of using videoconference facilities to meet with you means:

  • we can see each other face-to-face;
  • we can share documents on our screen, so that we can explain them to you and run through them with you in real time; and
  • we can connect with you wherever you are in the world.

What you need

To join the Teams meeting, all you need is a reasonable internet connection and a computer, tablet device or smart phone with a webcam, microphone and speaker (most of these will be built-in).

If you do not have a webcam, you will still be able to join the meeting (we just won’t be able to see you, but you should still be able to see us).

Joining a meeting

We will send you an email calendar invitation with the Teams link prior to the meeting.

At the time of your meeting you will need to click the link in the emailed calendar invitation, which looks like this:

You will be given the option of downloading the Teams app or joining the meeting via web browser. Joining via the web browser is the easiest and quickest option to join the meeting.

Once you have joined the meeting, you will wait in the meeting ‘lobby’ until we admit you into the meeting ‘room’. Once we have admitted you into the meeting ‘room’ your meeting will commence.

At the end of your meeting, we will end the meeting.

If you experience any technical difficulties using Teams, please call us and we can walk you through any issues you may have.
