Jo is an exceptionally experienced property paralegal with a reputation across our region for her effective and efficient delivery of conveyancing services.

Jo was the driving force in the implementation of residential, rural and commercial property transactions as well as water licence transactions in both Queensland and New South Wales for 21 years. For the past 2 years Jo has stepped back in her role and now draws on her expertise and experience to support other members of the Property Team at Fox and Thomas rather than having files of her own.

Growing up on a rural property west of Goondiwindi, and living her whole life in regional areas, has assisted Jo in her understanding and knowledge of rural transactions.

With over 23 years’ experience in the conveyancing department, Jo has developed strategies for dealing with the many issues which may arise in a conveyance as well as dealing with government departments and cross-border variances.

Jo strives to support the Property Team so that they can provide their clients with a dependable and hassle free conveyancing experience.
