Juanita manages the firm’s critical precedent and workflow development. In a document and process driven industry like legal practice this role provides vital time saving efficiencies to the work done by the firm’s lawyers and paralegals.

Juanita ensures every member of our team can access the right documents when needed and that those documents are kept up to date and are ready to be applied to our client’s matters.

The workflow process within law firms provides a safeguard for our clients in ensuring every important detail on the progress of a matter is taken care of and done so in a way that minimises costs for our clients.

Juanita moved to Goondiwindi to work on an agricultural property in 1998 and then commenced work at Fox and Thomas as Bookkeeper and IT Manager in 2001. Juanita returned to work on the property for a few years and later returned to Fox and Thomas as a Conveyancing Paralegal in 2012 in our property section assisting with residential and rural property transactions for Queensland and New South Wales.

The experience Juanita has gained as a Paralegal provides her with the insights needed for programming our legal and administrative processes in workflows.
