Shannon is Fox and Thomas’ Projects and Technology Officer, having joined the firm in 2019.

Originally from Goulburn, but spending most of her adult life in Mungindi, Shannon brought more than 10 years of banking experience to the firm, working across a broad range of financial services including small business lending and personal banking.

After spending seven years as the firm’s Accounts Officer, Shannon transitioned into her current role where she combines her operational and financial knowledge with a focus on technology, business improvement and project delivery. She works closely with staff, service providers and stakeholders to implement technology solutions, coordinate projects, improve processes and support the day-to-day operational needs of the business.

Having developed a thorough understanding of the firm’s operations, Shannon plays a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and drive innovation across the organisation. Her strong attention to detail, practical approach to problem-solving and commitment to achieving outcomes make her a valued member of the Fox and Thomas team.
